You must agree to all the terms listed below before using.
General
A. www.sigalmelinger.com is a site on the Internet that sells paintings, sculptures and works of art. Only those who are 18 years old, a resident of Israel and have a valid credit card may make a purchase on the website or by phone.
B. The pictures of the art pieces on the website are for illustration only! The purchased items will only be delivered to a known address, and the recipient will be required to be identified by an ID card.
C. All items offered for sale on the site are new.
costumer details
A. In order to perform an action, you are required to enter personal details as well as an address, phone number and method of payment as detailed in the table.
B. You are not required to enter credit card information unless you choose to do so (you can provide them by phone).
C. "Sigal Melinger Gallery" does everything in its power to prevent your details from reaching a foreign party and does not claim to have the credit card details after the transaction has been made.
third. Providing false information constitutes a criminal offense, which will result in tort claims for damages that may be caused to the "Sigal Melinger Gallery" website.
Payment and delivery
A. Upon completion of the order on the website, the customer will be charged for the transaction.
B. Most of the art pieces offered for sale on the website are not in stock, they are produced for the customer close to the completion of the order and payment.
C. If there is a delay in the production and/or delivery process, the customer will be notified by phone or email.
D. The delivery of the items ordered to the customer will be made within 14 business days from the date of the order, unless otherwise specified on the product page (not including weekends, Saturdays and holidays and/or delays due to force majeure).
E. The product will only be delivered to a known address, and identification of the recipient with an ID will be required.
F. For purchases over NIS 499, the customer will not be charged shipping fees.
Responsibility
A. All the items displayed on the site benefit from all the warranties and service accepted in the normal course of business, and are covered under any relevant law and regulation.
B. "Sigal Melinger Gallery" is not responsible for damage caused by any activity of any other party that is not under its full control.
Return/Exchange Policy
A. "Sigal Melinger Gallery" undertakes to act fairly and provide a high level of service.
B. Replacement of an item found to be defective will be made within 14 days of receiving the item and will only be possible in the condition that the product has not been used and it is kept in the condition it was in when it was received. A request to make an exchange will be made via e-mail or phone.
C. We allow the return of a purchased item if you are not satisfied with the purchase.
Returning an item will be done within 14 days of receiving the item and will only be possible if the product has not been used and is kept in the condition it was in when it was received. The customer will receive a full monetary credit or a credit voucher of his choice, equal to the amount paid for the item.
Legal
A. "Sigal Melinger Gallery" may prevent anyone from participating in shopping on the website at its sole discretion.
B. Any procedure / investigation / legal claim related to the site will be determined in the competent court in Kfar Saba only.
Additional conditions
A. "Sigal Melinger Gallery" may cancel a sale at its sole discretion.
B. "Sigal Melinger Gallery" will not change conditions while making a sale.
third. "Sigal Melinger Gallery" may change and/or update the regulations and rules of participation in the sale from time to time, at its sole discretion.
